
So sayeth the father-in-law. And, it may be that that is true relative to other home improvement expenses. It should be known, it's not exactly like we're novices at this. "Bob" -- our 1921 craftsman -- our first home -- underwent many loving improvements during our tenure there. But, Bob is less than 1/2 the size of Chester. And...well...size does matter.
$200 dollars in paint later...aforementioned father-in-law was fully loaded with a carefully mixed, tinted, and retinted, "Clary Goblin" -- a one-of-a-kind. We closed August 27th...and opened for painting August 28th. All hands on deck!
